About the hotel

The SELINUNTE BEACH AIMORI is located behind the sand dunes in the Natural Reserve of Belice, ‘site of Community interest' (S.I.C.), a unique and priceless place from a naturalistic and panoramic point of view, where the ‘selinon', the wild celery that gave the town its name, still grows. Selinunte was at its height of splendour in the fifth century A.C. and then quickly lost importance, so what remained of it was preserved intact and is one of the most important marks left by Magna Graecia. The archaeological park of Selinunte is the largest in Europe and a site of rare beauty.
