Hi, I’m Nicky! I left school at 16 and went straight into a Travel and Tourism course at Solihull College, which I completed over two years.
After a few years of figuring out my path, I found my place at Holiday Warehouse – and I’ve now been here for nearly 30 years!
I started behind the scenes, selling accommodation-only holidays and working in the back office. Before long, I moved to the counter as a travel consultant, and eventually stepped into the manager role when Keith retired.
It’s been quite the journey, and I still love helping customers create their perfect getaway.

Favourite destination:
Without a doubt – Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The scenery is breathtaking, there’s so much to explore, and the food? Just incredible!
Travel tip:
If you’re travelling as a couple or family, mix your clothes between your suitcases. That way, if one bag goes missing en route (fingers crossed it doesn’t!), you’ve all still got something to wear when you arrive. Better safe than sorry!
