Description

Originally first opened in the late 1950's, the Hotel Mundial is one of the most iconic hotels in Lisbon, with an array of famous visitors over the years. Located in the downtown area of the city, the hotel is a perfect base to explore the city and further afield with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and transport links surrounding the hotel.

The Varanda de Lisboa and Jardim Mundial restaurants at the Mundial Hotel offer a range of local and international cuisine in a modern setting. Varanda de Lisboa, on the 8th floor of the hotel, also offers stunning views across the city of Lisbon. After a full day of sightseeing, head to the hotel amazing roof top bar which is a great place to sit and relax with a drink or just to watch the sunset. There’s also a choice of restaurants and facilities at Mundial’s sister hotel, Hotel Portugal, which is connected and positioned next door.

For added convenience, the famous Touristic Tram no. 28 makes and the sightseeing bus stop in front of the hotel for those wishing to venture further out. Free WiFi is available in your room to plan your activities or stay in touch with loved ones at home.
